Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the quality of user paylater traveloka consisting of expectancy performance
, expectancy effort , social influence , facilitating condition , behavioral intention .As much as 165 samples to be taken from
customers traveloka .This study using multiple linear regression analysis .The results show that of the performance of expectancy ,
expectancy effort , social influence , facilitating condition positive result against keloyalan paylater traveloka in users
