Pengaruh Beban Kerja Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Deli Sentosa Prima

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out whether there is an effect of workload, work environment and work stress on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Deli Sentosa Prima. The data analysis method of this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using a software called SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study as a whole show that: 1.) Workload has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, 2.) Work Environment has no significant effect on Employee Performance and 3.) Work Stress has no significant effect on Employee Performance.
