Abstract

The study entitled “The Influence of Work Culture, Workload and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Herman Group” aims to see whether work culture, workload and work environment affect employee performance partially, influence work culture, workload and work environment simultaneously, and how much direct influence of work culture, workload and work environment on employee performance at Herman Group. Respondents in this study were 105 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaires and uses path analysis. The results of this study show that there is a partial influence of work culture, workload and work environment on employee performance in Herman Group by 0.613 or 61.3%
