Abstract

Abstract-This study aims to test and analyse the influence of training and discipline on the performance of educators at SMA Kristen X Kota Wisata. The respondents in this study were all educators working at SMA Kristen X Kota Wisata, totalling 45 people. This study used a population of 45 research objects. The research data used the primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 45 and those that could be returned and processed were also 45 questionnaires. The analysis methods used in this study were SPSS and SEM PLS. The conclusion of the study shows that training has a significant positive effect on the performance of educators. The higher the number of training the educators receive, the better their performance. Likewise, discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of educators. The higher the level of their discipline, the better the performance of educators.
