Masalah harmonisa dalam sistem tenaga listrik semakin kompleks dengan bertambahnya penggunaan peralatan non linier (misal: lampu LED), dimana peralatan ini menghasilkan harmonisa pada gelombang tegangan dan arus. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran harmonisa dengan menggunakan alat ukur Power Analyzer Fluke 41B. Pengukuran diambil dari beberapa macam merk LED dengan daya listrik yang berbeda-beda. Pengujian dan pengukuran juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat peraga instalasi rumah tinggal. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa harmonisa yang ditimbulkan oleh lampu LED tidak sesuai dengan standar harmonisa yang berlaku, yakni ITHD melebihi 20%. Dengan menambahkan filter pasif, harmonisa yang ditimbulkan oleh lampu LED dapat diredam dan meningkatkan nilai power factor.

Harmonics Problems in the power system are becoming more complex with the increasing use of non-linear devices, such as LED lights, in which the equipment produces harmonics in voltage and current waves. In this study, harmonic is measured using Fluke 41B Power Analyzer. Measurements were taken on different kinds of LED brands with different electric power. Tests and measurements were also performed using residential installation props. The results show that the harmonics generated by LED lamp does not comply with the applicable harmonics standards, i.e. with ITHD exceeding by 20%. By adding a passive filter, the harmonics generated by the LED light can be suppressed, which in turn will improve the power factor value.
