About the Journal

Jurnal MedScientiae is an open-access scientific journal published by Krida Wacana Christian University and managed by Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Krida Wacana Christian University. This journal serves as a platform for the dissemination of scientific knowledge and research findings in the fields of medicine and health sciences.

The journal covers a wide range of topics, including basic medical sciences, medical bioethics, cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, physiology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, anatomy, pharmacology, public health, optometry, nursing, medical education and other biomedical sciences.

Jurnal MedScientiae publishes original research articles, literature reviews, systematic reviews, and case reports. All submitted manuscripts must be original, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts that meet the journal’s scope and submission requirements will undergo a peer-review process conducted by experts in the relevant field.

The journal applies an open-access policy and does not charge any article processing or publication fees.

Jurnal MedScientiae is published three times a year, in January, May, and September. The first issue was published in May 2022 with ISSN 2829-1166.

The journal welcomes submissions from students, lecturers, researchers, and other scholars. Manuscripts can be submitted online by registering through the journal website or by contacting the editorial office at medscientiae.jurnal@ukrida.ac.id.
