In maintaining the harmony of physical and mental functions, every human being needs to fulfill basic needs that include physiological aspects, among these needs, adequate quality of sleep at night is one of the important factors. In carrying out work, work productivity is very important to support work. One of the jobs that has sleep quality with various work productivity is Security, Security is part of the security unit, carrying out their duties at unusual times, often from night to morning, different from most other workers. Purpose. This study was conducted to determine the effect of workers' sleep quality on work productivity at Ukrida security guards in 2025 Method. This study uses an analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach to determine the effect of sleep quality on work productivity at Ukrida security guards in 2025 with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) according to a total sample of 113 samples. Conclusion. A significant relationship was found between sleep quality and work productivity (p=0.000)
