Abstract

Futsal adalah jenis olahraga sepakbola populer dengan jumlah pemain yang meningkat di dunia. Tingginya insidensi cedera pada atlet futsal sering melibatkan ekstremitas bawah terutama pada bagian tungkai atas. Beberapa faktor berhubungan dengan kejadian cedera pemain futsal, salah satunya karakteristik anatomis. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengulas gambaran panjang femur dan Q angle dengan kejadian cedera pada olahraga. Literature review ini menggunakan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan sumber lain serta database Pubmed yang berhubungan. Bentuk kepustakaan diutamakan berupa jurnal ilmiah dan dipublikasikan dalam 2015-2020. Pemilihan literatur mempertimbangkan hierarki piramida level of evidence. Berdasarkan penelitian yang relevan, ekstremitas bawah merupakan lokasi cedera tersering dari keseluruhan cedera dan tungkai atas merupakan bagian tubuh yang sering terkena pada pemain futsal. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian cedera tungkai secara umum adalah riwayat cedera sebelumnya, kesehatan tubuh, kebugaran fisik, dan warming up. Sedangkan faktor yang secara khusus meningkatkan cedera tungkai atas yaitu jenis kelamin, lebar panggul, tinggi badan, panjang femur, Indeks massa tubuh (IMT), kelelahan otot, dan Q-angle. Banyak faktor yang diketahui berhubungan dengan peningkatan kejadian cedera meskipun hasilnya berbeda-beda antar penelitian. Terdapat beberapa penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan pengaruh panjang femur terhadap kejadian cedera walaupun tidak secara langsung.
