Publication Charges

Jurnal Kedokteran Meditek is an open-access journal, where all manuscripts are freely accessible without subscription fees or access restrictions. To prevent misuse and protect authors' intellectual property rights, articles must be cited and attributed according to the Creative Commons License (CC BY NC), which requires users to give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Commercial use is not permitted under this license.

Jurnal Kedokteran Meditek is a non-profit journal, with the publisher covering the majority of the journal's operational expenses. To meet the journal's operational needs, Jurnal Kedokteran Meditek applies both a Submission Charge of Rp 200,000 and an Article Processing Charge (APC) of Rp 550,000. The APC will be paid only once the manuscript is accepted and ready for copyediting.

Non-Payment after Acceptance

If, after receiving notification of manuscript acceptance, the author declines to make the required payment and opts not to publish in the Jurnal Kedokteran Meditek, a sanction will be imposed, and future submissions to the Jurnal Kedokteran Meditek will not be permitted.

Refund Policy

Jurnal Kedokteran Meditek will not refund fees that have been transferred as submission charges or APCs. Therefore, authors should be aware of the following potential circumstances. However, we emphasize that even under the following circumstances, funds transferred will not be refunded: article retraction and article removal.
