Abstract

Status kerapuhan semakin mendapat perhatian global karena populasi orang tua yang semakin meningkat. Status kerapuhan bisa dinilai dengan fenotip kerapuhan menggunakan Fried Scale atau indeks kerapuhan menggunakan Rockwood CFS. Status kerapuhan juga memiliki peran dalam bidang kardiologi. Kerapuhan beresiko meningkatkan resiko mortalitas, lama perawatan di rumah sakit, admisi ICU dan menurunnya kualitas hidup pada pasien yang menjalani kardiointervensi, memiliki penyakit kardiovaskular dan gagal jantung. Kerapuhan merupakan kondisi yang dinamis, maka penting dilakukan upaya untuk memperbaiki kerapuhan seperti program rehabilitas jantung
