Profil dan Kesintasan Penderita Kanker Kolorektal RS Bethesda Yogyakarta

Kanker kolorektal pada tahun 2020 merupakan penyebab kematian paling banyak kedua dari seluruh kasus kanker. Di Indonesia, jumlah kasus baru kanker kolorektal sebesar 8,6% (34.189) dari seluruh kasus baru kanker. Data terkait kenaikan jumlah kasus, jumlah kematian, jenis kanker tersering sudah sering dilaporkan di Indonesia namun terkait dengan kesintasan masih jarang dilaporkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait profil dan kesintasan kanker kolorektal di Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dengan desain potong lintang. Data diambil dari rekam medis RS Bethesda Yogyakarta periode tahun 2013-2021 dan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki 63,6%, kelompok usia tua (>40 tahun) 93,5%, keluhan terbanyak berupa perubahan pola BAB 72,53%, jenis histopatologi epitel (adenokarsinoma) 92,2%, lokasi kiri 90,9%, didiagnosis pada stadium IV 39%, tata laksana pembedahan 84,42%, dan kesintasan 2 tahun 20,8%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah profil kanker kolorektal lebih banyak pada jenis kelamin laki-laki, usia tua, keluhan berupa perubahan pola BAB, histopatologi tipe sel epitel (adenokarsinoma), lokasi kiri, stadium IV, tata laksana paling banyak pembedahan, serta kesintasan 2 tahun adalah 20,8%.
